What we believe about AI in the workplace
Most enterprise systems record what already happened. We think the more useful role for AI right now is orchestrating what needs to happen next — reading the documents no one has time to read, flagging the exception buried in a spreadsheet, drafting the summary a reviewer would otherwise write from scratch.
That only works if people trust it. So every DIGITARAX product is built around the same discipline: show your work, link every claim to its source, and route every consequential decision to a named person for approval before it takes effect. Not because the technology can't go further, but because that's what makes AI safe to actually put in front of a workflow that matters.
How we work with clients
We don't ask for a wholesale systems overhaul to get started. The usual first step is a focused, time-boxed proof of concept on a single workflow — with a controlled, representative sample of your own data — so you can see the accuracy and the effort saved before deciding whether to go further.
Alongside the six DIGITARAX products, our engineering team also takes on standalone web development, RPA, API integration and applied-AI projects — often for teams who need custom work that isn't a fit for an off-the-shelf product.

Augment, don't replace
Every product we build sits above the systems our clients already trust — HRMS, ERP, ATS, payroll — instead of asking them to rip anything out.
Evidence over assertion
An AI output is only useful if you can check it. Every finding, score, or flagged exception we surface links back to the document or record it came from.
Humans keep the final call
AI drafts, recommends, and summarizes. People decide. That line stays firm across every product and every engagement we take on.
Ship something real, fast
We'd rather show you a working proof of concept on your own workflow in weeks than talk through a slide deck for months.
